¾ cup butter softened
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar (dark preferebly)
2 large eggs
Dash of maple syrup
Generous amount or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Ground cinnamon to taste
2 ½ cups rolled oats
1 bag of butterscotch chips
Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees Farenheit (190 degrees Celsius)
Tips:
- Use parchment paper
- Spread cookies evenly in even amounts
- Don’t roll into perfect balls
- Make sure to eat some warm!
