Tres Leches Cake
O— This “cookie” was more of a cake: a soft fluffy vanilla cake soaked in sweet milk with a light cream on top. It was good, but as far as tres leches goes, it wasn’t all that impressive for me; I think Crumbl should stick to real cookies. The milk made the cake a little soggy, which kind of ruined the cake texture, but the light topping was delectable. Overall, 6/10.
N—I loved this cake! Everything about was good. Definite 10/10 for me.
Maple Cream Sandwich
O— Two sweet maple leaf shaped cookies with a maple cream in the middle, this sandwich cookie was delightful. It was perfectly soft so that the cream didn’t squish out when I bit in and the blend of flavors was perfect. Definitely one of Crumbl’s best cookies, 9.5/10.
Caramel Apple
N—I really liked this cookie. The cream cheese frosting went really well with the caramel and streusel. The Granny Smith apples, which were tart and refreshing, cut through the density of this cookie. Solid 9/10.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
N—This was really nice, but I am personally not the biggest fan of peanut butter. While I think this cookie would be some people’s favorite, it unfortunately did not hit as hard for me. 7/10.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip
O— This cookie wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be like, but it was still amazing. It was very soft- almost a bread like texture- but it the ratio of chocolate chips to cookie was perfect and the pumpkin was there but subtle enough to not overpower the cookie. 9/10, would recommend.
