- Composition I & II
- These are probably the most common classes to be taken by Liberty students at C State. With so many sections, you’ll almost certainly get a spot if you register soon enough. They also get one of the most obvious college gen eds out of the way.
- Intro to American Government
- Again, very common CCP. That being said, it gets a graduation credit out of the way, and there’s a reason why so many people take it.
- The Other English Classes at C State
- If you don’t want to take a Comp class but still want an English credit for graduation, C State offers a bunch of super intriguing classes, such as Introduction to Science Fiction, The English Bible as Literature, Writing Poetry, and many more!
- Anthropology
- There are several classes in C State’s anthropology department. I took Peoples & Cultures and found it to be one of the most fascinating classes I have taken as a high schooler. One of my friends took Biological Anthro and found it to be interesting as well.
- Chemistry and Society
- This is one that I haven’t heard anyone talking about at Liberty, but this class was very interesting. The class covers chemistry but also in applied settings, such as climate change, food, and nukes. The only real downside to this class is that it is 5 college credits, meaning that it will eat up many of the available credits paid by the school.
Note: all of these courses are available online.
