
-1 cup of sugar
-1 stick of room-temperature salted butter
-3-4 ripe (brownish) bananas
-2 eggs
-2 cups of flour
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon of salt









Tips:
- You can freeze the loaf to save it for a longer time
- Warm up a slice in the microwave and add butter (enjoy with a cup of coffee or by itself!)
- Turns out best when the bananas are overripe or brown
