On May 11 between 8:50 to 9:02 a.m. Olentangy Berlin High School. Olentangy High School, and Olentangy Orange High School all received a threat that turned out to be a hoax. After the swatting hoax call came in, OHS and OBHS went into lockdown where students had to stay out of sight, keep quiet, and not open the doors at all. While OOHS went into a secure mode where students could not exit the school, they had to remain in the classroom, and they had to ask permission to enter the hallways. After this all three of the schools went into secure mode for the rest of the day. The Delaware County District Office investigated the swatting incident and the DCOS has asked that if you have information on the threatening call that you contact them through non-emergency lines or online tip forms.
