With Spring Break approaching, many of us are preparing to head on long road trips or flights, which is a perfect time to sit down and watch a movie. Many airlines feature free movies to watch and many streaming services allow you to download movies to watch offline. Here are my must watch movies while traveling.
You can never go wrong with a cute animated movie. I feel like when you’re going on a long flight or car ride sometimes a cute more child-like movie is perfect. My personal picks are Up!, Zootopia and The Wild Robot.
A good light hearted movie is also a perfect thing to watch on a long trip. Just like an animated movie, a nice light hearted rom-com is perfect for that. I personally love The Devil Wears Prada, Barbie, Crazy Rich Asians, 13 Going on 30 and Legally Blonde. While all four movies aren’t exactly rom-coms, they all are nice and simple and a perfect distraction from a long trip.
This one may just be a plane movie but I enjoy watching Top Gun on the plane as well. Maybe it’s just the fact I’m on a plane and watching a movie about planes, but I feel like you can’t go wrong with a classic. Truly it makes me like I could get out and fly the plane myself.
The final category of movies you can’t go wrong with is any Marvel movie. Personally I prefer watching any Spiderman or Avengers movie on the plane. I also am a big fan of Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four and I think those also make great plane movies
