SUNDAY JAN. 26
(6)Commanders at (2)Eagles, 3:00PM EST
Commanders. Eagles. NFC East rivals. This was most definitely an unexpected NFC Championship outcome, but regardless both of these teams deserve to be here. Prior to this season only 5 quarterbacks had ever made a championship game.
But now, the Commanders have added one more name to the list with the leading favorite ROTY Jayden Daniels. Out of the whole list (Shaun King, Ben Roethlisberger, Joe Flacco, Mark Sanchez, and Brock Purdy) Daniels might be the most deserving. He has been able to flip a 4-13 bottom-of-the-division Commanders team and make them good. The last time this team even made an NFC Championship was 1992, over 3 decades ago. Now they have a young talented offense, and regardless of what happens this weekend, this should be a scary team for years to come.
Philadelphia on the other hand, is absolutely stacked. The mix of dual threat quarterback Jalen Hurts and MVP candidate Saquon Barkley makes it nearly impossible for defenses to stop the run. They also arguably have a top 3 wide receiver core with AJ Brown, Devonta Smith, and Jahan Dotson. The Philly defense tends to be on and off at times, but when they have a good day they tend to feed off of it and make that day even better.

(2)Bills at (1)Chiefs, 6:30PM EST
There is a lot at stake here for the AFC championship. The Chiefs are looking to cap off a three peat in the super bowl, something that has never been done before in NFL history. Josh Allen and the Bills are looking for their first ever Lombardi Trophy.
Allen and the Bills have lost in the playoffs every year Josh Allen has been a starter, never making it to the super bowl. The Chiefs are coming off of a 15-2 season where they went 8-0 at home, where Sunday’s game will be played. The Bills were also undefeated at home this season, going 8-0, however were “just” 5-4 on the road. Earlier this year, the Bills beat the Chiefs in Buffalo, where the Bills had more rushing yards, passing yards, and total yards than the Chiefs. Last season, the teams met in the divisional round where Kansas City won 27-24.
Josh Allen is looking like one of the favorites to win the MVP this season, carrying the Buffalo Bills to the AFC championship alongside running back James Cook, and wide receivers Amari Cooper and Khalil Shakir. Mahomes returns with a familiar crew, which includes star tight end Travis Kelce and running back duo Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt. Mahomes is 3-0 in matchups against Allen, and matchup number four looks to provide the flashes that the others did too.
