New bakery Paris Baguette opened this summer in Easton and it’s a must-try for everyone. This Korean-inspired French bakery has so many pastries and drinks that are amazing for all the seasons. This is the first franchise opened in Columbus Ohio with 200 stores already opened in the USA.
“Our grand opening was on Saturday, July 27th this year,” Hrithika Talluri said.
Her family opened the store this summer and there are many popular pastry items right off the bat. They have many new fall items in store gearing up for the fall season.
“Our most popular item has been our King Creme Donut and our most popular drink is our Matcha Frappe and Chai Latte,” Talluri said.
They originally got the idea from visiting other Paris Baguette bakeries and loving the way it was set up. This was a big step for their family and helped bring the international bakery right to us her in Columbus.
“We visited a Paris Baguette in Cincinnati for fun, and we just fell in love with the food and ambiance. Our family especially loved the French-inspired pastries and self-service. We thought it was a great concept and wanted to open one in Columbus to share with the public,” Mayuri Talluri, the owner said.
Each of there bakeries are freshly made and not frozen, as that was one thing they aimed to achieve. Since this is a franchise they are required to meet the main chains orders and then after a while are allowed to change it.
“We had rapidly thought that we should give the food to the customers fresh, not frozen, therefore we decided to create a bakery to serve breakfast with freshly baked items,” Suman Uppala, the store manger said.
The paris baguette bakers work tirelessly in early hours of the morning to ensure that the items are fresh and ready for the customers, even if that means coming to the store at 2am in the morning.
“Most of our pastries take 17 hours to ferment and bake. Bakers will start baking at 2:00 am in the morning it will take all around for preparation 4 hours for making the pastries. Each treat is made with love and impeccable taste that is unique to Paris Baguette and its menu,” Mayuri Talluri said.
