Last week some members of the Patriot Press and Cannon attempted to do a DIY Darkness Retreat based on the wellness center in Oregon. Check out how we felt!
Anushka Chaba is a Senior at Olentangy Liberty High School. This is her second year on the Cannon and Patriot Press staff. Outside of school she enjoys playing pickleball, listening to music and watching horror movies. She is involved in clubs like Speech and Debate and YASS (Young Asian Students Society).
Shri Easwara is a Senior at Olentangy Liberty High School this year. This is her third year on the Cannon/Patriot Press Staff. She is a founding member of the Red Cross Club and she spends time in Speech and Debate as well. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, hiking, and working out. She also loves traveling and exploring new places and national parks.
Ria is a senior who has been a cannon member since her sophomore year. She doesn’t know what she wants to do for college, however likes the idea of going to Ohio State and possibly pursuing business. Ria’s favorite stories to write for Cannon are opinion pieces. Ria is excited to enjoy senior year, and have fun in her final year of high school.
Senior Natalie Contini is a third-year Cannon and Patriot Press staff member. As the Editor in Chief of The Cannon, she enjoys designing articles and writing student features and opinion pieces. Natalie is very involved in her school, being the theatre program’s stage manager and also president of the book club. Aside from her roles within the school, she enjoys concerts and has seen numerous of her favorite artists, Harry Styles, Clairo and Childish Gambino. She fills the rest of her schedule working at Harvest Pizzeria in Dublin.
