The Olentangy Liberty varsity, JVA, and JVB boys lacrosse team will be playing their last game of the season against St. Ignatius at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The triple header game will take place at the Patriots Stadium.
As of right now, Liberty’s varsity team ranks third in the state of Ohio and 51 nationally. While St. Ignatius ranks tenths overall in the state and 152 nationally. So far, The patriots varsity team,
has won 14 games and only lost two. Liberty hopes to keep their notorious career of being state champions up and defeat St. Ignatius.
On top of it being their last game, it’s also considered their senior day. The team hopes to honor all senior players by conducting a senior walkout after the JVA game.
