Today, May 6th, 2025, is election day for many Ohioans, including Delaware County residents. Here is a look at what you need to know before entering your local polling station.
To vote, residents will be required to provide one of the following identifications (including a photo) to cast their ballots:
- Ohio driver’s license
- State of Ohio ID card
- Interim ID form issued by the Ohio BMV
- U.S. passport
- U.S. passport card
- U.S. military ID card
- Ohio National Guard ID card
- U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ID card
Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. You can also return your absentee ballot in-person to your county board of elections before the close of the polls at 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Get out and vote!
