(1)Titans-
Starting off with the first overall pick this year, some expect this Titans team to trade down. But I expect otherwise due to the Titans being ranked almost last in every single passing statistic, so why not take the best quarterback prospect in Cam Ward. Cam Ward was an absolute unit with Miami, almost taking them to a playoff spot and giving the program hope throughout their 2024-2025 season.
(2)Browns-
The next pick is the Browns, this Browns team is very talented despite their record with star players Denzel Ward, David Njoku, Myles Garrett and Jerry Jeudy. Some of their main problems on both sides of the ball are quarterback and middle linebacker. There’s great players to play both these positions. However I think the Browns take Abdul Carter to keep Myles Garrett wanting to stay a Brown and provide more for an already powerful defense.
(3)Giants-
The third pick is quite confusing because of the odd situation of this team. Recently, the Giants have picked up two new quarterbacks in free agency. Those quarterbacks being Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. I think the Giants are taking in these veteran quarterbacks to make Shedeur Sanders transition to the NFL as smooth as possible. Shedeur has had a ton of success in his college career, even at an FCS school Jackson State University and I think that’s what the Giants are trying to replicate.
(4)Patriots-
For the fourth pick the Patriots are taking Travis Hunter if he falls this far. Although most believe he won an undeserving heisman race. He still has a ton of potential for this rebuilding Patriots team with Drake Maye, Stefon Diggs and Christian Gonzalez. Travis Hunter could fit perfectly at WR2 sitting behind Stefon for a year. However I could see him play cornerback as well.
(5)Jaguars-
The last pick in the top five of this very talented draft class is the Jaguars. I find this Jaguars offense with a good amount of young talent but the defense is very lackluster ranking 31st among 32 teams. I see the Jaguars taking Mason Graham to significantly boost this defense.
