- Drink More Water
- Drinking more water can benefit your physical health in many ways. Studies show that you cannot improve your physical health externally until you are fully equipped for the task internally. Drinking more water and staying fully hydrated can benefit your focus and sleep patterns. One New Year’s Resolution can be to try and drink half your weight in ounces of water a day.
- Increase Random Acts of Kindness
- Making others happy can rub off on you and make you feel better overall. If you aim to perform one random act of kindness a week it can easily benefit you and the other person. This can be something small like complimenting and talking to someone you don’t tend to communicate with to even paying for someone’s coffee.

- Boost Productivity
- This is a very broad resolution but it can be very simple. Productivity can be easily blocked by procrastination so the act of elimination procrastination can increase levels of productivity. Another way is to adopt a plant and keep it alive. Keeping a plant can also improve air quality, reduce stress, and it takes very small efforts.
- More Calls to Family
- People tend to easily forget how easy communication can be to family near or far. Making an effort to reach out to the people you love and care about can not only improve your emotion but it can improve relationships you have with family and benefit their days. Aim to call once or twice a week and try to connect with them deeper than you have before.
