Liberty is always blessed to have amazing athletes and successful sports teams. But with the school year wrapping up and the senior class looking to graduate who was the best athlete in the 2022 class?

The decision was so hard to make that two people had to be considered for the best athlete of the class. The final choice I made was Carter Smith, Offensive Lineup who is already attending Indiana University as an early graduate. Carter is one of the highest recruited athletes this school has ever had.

My other choice was Chase Brecht who will be attending The Ohio State University. Brecht has had a huge role for the Patriots’ football team these past few seasons and had a very similar role to NFL superstar Deebo Samuel this year.

Everyone looks forward to watching these two athletes in the future and wishes the best to the both of them.
